1. Chocolate brownies

1 cup (250 ml) all-purpose flour

3/4 cup (175 ml) unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup (250 ml) butter, softened

2 cups (400 ml) sugar

2 eggs, beaten

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 cups (500 ml) chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan. Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well blended. Stir in flour mixture until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips or chopped chocolate. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.

2. Chocolate chip cookies sweets to bake

1 cup (200 ml) sugar

2 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups (500 ml) of all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

2 cups (500 ml) chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well blended. Ingredients:

1 cup (250 ml) peanut butter

1 cup (200 ml) sugar

1 egg, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup (125 ml) all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). In a bowl, cream together peanut butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract until well blended. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda. Stir the flour mixture into the peanut butter mixture until just combined. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets—Bake for about 10 minutes, or until cookies are lightly browned.

4. Vanilla cupcakes

Ingredients:

1 cup (250 ml) all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup (125 ml) butter, softened

1 cup (200 ml) sugar

2 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup (125 ml) milk

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a muffin pan with paper cups. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well blended. Stir in flour mixture and milk alternately into the butter mixture until combined. Pour batter into the prepared muffin pan. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.

5. Cheesecake sweets to bake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups (375 ml) graham cracker crumbs

3 tablespoons (45 ml) sugar

1/4 cup (60 ml) butter, melted

5 packages (8 oz each) of cream cheese, softened

1 cup (250 ml) sugar

3 tablespoons (45 ml) of all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

5 eggs, beaten

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking pan. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth. Beat in eggs until just blended. Pour mixture over prepared crust. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the cheesecake is firm. Let cool before serving.

6. Chocolate cake

Ingredients:

1 cup (250 ml) all-purpose flour

1 cup (200 ml) sugar

3 tablespoons (45 ml) unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable oil

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup (250 ml) water

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add oil and eggs; mix until well blended. Stir in water. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
