Mini Marshmallows – 10 ounces

Powdered Sugar – 4 tablespoons

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – 3 tablespoons

Directions

In a large bowl, combine together the corn flakes and half of white chips and half of milk chocolate chips. In a microwave safe bowl or stove top, heat up the remaining milk chocolate chips and white chocolate chips in the microwave or over low heat until melted. Add to the dry ingredients, mix well. Pour in the no-bake peanut butter, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and mix well again. Allow to cool at room temperature for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with waxed paper or parchment paper. Once cooled, take heaping tablespoons of mixture and place on the lined baking sheet. Lightly press down with your fingers to flatten slightly. Sprinkle remaining milk chocolate chips/white chocolate chips over each no-bake peanut butter cornflake cookie dough mound. You can also use crushed candy cane here or even noisette nuts if you like! Freeze no-bake peanut butter cornflake cookie dough mounds until no longer sticky, about 20 minutes or so.
